Paramount Outdoors™ ships orders to non-PO Box addresses within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–7 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
If you need to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange, please send at your expense your purchased items to the below address. You must put to Kathy Holland’s attention or your refund or exchange can not be processed.
You must put the return inside a shipping envelope or carton. If returning Waders or Boots, they must be inside another shipping container, do not put shipping labels on the wader or boot box. Within your package, please include 1) your full name, 2) contact information, 3) order number or copy of order and 4) reason for return for refund or exchange with size. When we receive them, we will inspect the item(s) to determine they are still in brand new condition (original hang tags intact, unwashed/unworn). Once we confirm they are able to be restocked, we will issue a credit for the purchase price back to your payment method.
