Paramount Outdoors™ ships orders to non-PO Box addresses within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–7 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the unprecedented volume of online Holiday orders for 2020, we can not guarantee that shipping carriers will be able to maintain their traditional delivery schedules. Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, the carrier assumes full responsibility for timely delivery to destination.
ALASKA AND HAWAII
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. We allow all merchandise, with the original receipt or packing slip, to be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase by mail to our Customer Care Department. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or merchandise credit.
Refunds for items returned after 30 days of original purchase will be in the form of credit at the current retail price. Items returned after 90 days of purchase will not be accepted. If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.
