Paramount Outdoors Hat Madness — Official Rules
1. Sponsor
The Paramount Outdoors Hat Madness contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Paramount Outdoors (“Sponsor”). The Contest is administered by Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., or ByteDance Ltd.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on October 7, 2026 and ends on November 26, 2026 (the “Contest Period”), unless modified, suspended, or terminated by Sponsor as permitted by these Official Rules. Individual matchups and daily giveaways will occur during the Contest Period according to the schedule posted by Sponsor.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate household members of Sponsor may be excluded from eligibility at Sponsor's discretion where required by applicable law.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve the odds of winning.
4. How to Enter
During each posted Hat Madness matchup, an eligible participant may earn up to four (4) total entries for that matchup/day — one through each participating social platform and one through the Paramount Outdoors website voting page.
Social Media Entry Requirements. To receive one entry on a participating social media platform, the participant must complete all of the following on the original matchup post for that platform:
- Like the original contest post;
- Share the original contest post where the platform permits sharing;
- Comment with the participant's choice of hat; and
- Tag three (3) friends in the comment.
Each social platform counts separately. A participant who completes the required actions on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok may receive up to three social-media entries for that matchup/day.
Website Entry Requirements. To receive one website entry, the participant must submit a vote on the official Paramount Outdoors Hat Madness landing page and provide a valid email address.
Only one website vote/entry per unique email address is permitted for each matchup/day. Duplicate submissions using the same email address may be rejected.
Marketing Email Sign-Up and 20% Hat Offer. The landing page may also provide a separate opportunity to subscribe to Paramount Outdoors marketing emails in exchange for a promotional offer of 20% off hats, subject to the terms of that offer.
Marketing subscription is optional and is separate from the contest vote. Subscribing to marketing emails does not create an additional Contest entry beyond the four-entry maximum described above unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise on the applicable promotion page.
5. Entry Limits and Duplicate Entries
Limit four (4) entries per eligible person, per matchup/day: one entry from Facebook, one from Instagram, one from TikTok, and one from the Paramount Outdoors website voting page.
Entrants may not use multiple identities, multiple or duplicate email addresses, automated methods, bots, scripts, or other means designed to obtain entries beyond the stated limit.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant entries.
Sponsor may also require reasonable verification of identity, email ownership, social account ownership, or completion of entry requirements.
6. Hat Voting
Votes determine which hat advances or wins the applicable Hat Madness matchup.
Sponsor may combine eligible votes received through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the official Paramount Outdoors website to determine the winning hat.
Sponsor's tabulation and determination of the winning hat are final.
In the event of a tie, technical issue, suspected manipulation, or other circumstance affecting the integrity of the vote, Sponsor may use a tie-breaking method, extend voting, disregard invalid votes, or otherwise resolve the matchup in a fair and reasonable manner.
7. Daily Winner Selection
For each daily matchup, one (1) eligible entrant will be randomly selected from the eligible entries associated with that matchup/day.
The selected entrant will receive the winning Paramount Outdoors cap from that day's matchup, subject to availability and these Official Rules.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable matchup/day.
8. Winner Notification and Claiming a Prize
Potential winners may be contacted by direct message, comment reply, email, or another contact method reasonably available to Sponsor.
A potential winner must respond within the time stated in Sponsor's notification and provide any information reasonably requested to confirm eligibility and arrange prize delivery.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond on time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9. Prize
The daily prize is one (1) Paramount Outdoors cap representing the winning hat from the applicable matchup.
Exact style, color, size, fit, and availability may vary. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Any federal, state, or local taxes or other expenses not expressly stated as included are the winner's responsibility.
10. Entry Conduct and Disqualification
Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry or voting process; uses bots, scripts, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or deceptive practices; harasses other participants; violates a social platform's rules; or otherwise acts in a manner Sponsor determines undermines the fairness, integrity, or lawful operation of the Contest.
12. Privacy and Email Communications
Information submitted for contest entry will be used to administer the Contest, validate entries, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes.
A participant's contest-entry email does not, by itself, enroll the participant in marketing communications unless the participant separately opts in where required.
Participants who separately subscribe to Paramount Outdoors marketing communications may receive promotional emails and the advertised 20% hat offer, subject to the terms displayed at sign-up and Paramount Outdoors' applicable privacy and marketing practices.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in those messages.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, platform outages, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Contest.
Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity, vote tabulation, winner selection, rule interpretation, and all other Contest matters are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, losses, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.
15. Governing Law
The Contest and these Official Rules are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited.
Any dispute will be governed by applicable law, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., or ByteDance Ltd.
By entering, each participant releases those platforms and their respective owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of or related to this Contest to the extent permitted by law.
