Paramount Outdoors waders have a 1 year warranty to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you feel that your product is defective in any way you may:

  1. Return the product to the dealer from which it was purchased. The dealer will make the determination if the product is defective and if so either replace the product with a new one or refund the purchase price of the product to you.
  2. Return the product directly to Paramount Outdoors In order to do this you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA). You can reach our customer service department at sales@paramountoutdoors.com. Upon receipt of the product, we will test your waders and determine if it is defective and if so will either replace or repair the product (cash refunds are not available).

This warranty begins at the date of the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage. This Warranty is void where failure to comply with the above representation is due to unreasonable use, misuse, accident, damage or alteration of the product. Owner is responsible for ordinary maintenance and care of the product. Paramount Outdoors will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage of any kind resulting from failure of the product other than the replacement or repair of such product. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear or commercial use.
